We have wide experience of concrete quality review in locations such as: Warehouses where heavy engineering facilities are intended to be installed New structures where concrete quality is measured and compared to the specifications or design Failed structures (where floor slabs or columns are suspected of failure) Retail outlets Water & waste water plants Industrial facilities High-rise structures We diamond drill cores for compressive strength testing, density and slab thickness while we review the aggregate quality (flakiness and elongation, crushed limestone, sea gravel or granite) and water absorption. Cement type may also be determined as can rebar quality.

Hardened Concrete Sampling and Testing

• Verify specification or design compliance for new or existing concrete structures.
• Verify that existing concrete structures can be modified for change of use (for structural steel, machinery or different utilisation).
• Assess potential failure or non-compliance for change of use change of use.

• Review structural assessments prior to proposed partial demolition.
